Customization and RP

Would you put a scar or a tattoo on your character in FFXIV? I mean, is easier win one but after is physically shown, would you get more scars besides the ones you have or have it unmarked so you can RP any scar and tattoo you wish to?

Hmmm not too sure it depends on what happened to my char in the past events. Same thing pretty much goes with tattoos as well , I was even thinking about getting one put on my char but I'm have to make it work with the storyline of course .

heheh my thought exactly, I was thinking where or how I Would get a scar but then again, what if i want another, can I get more scars?

Now I see what your saying o.o lolz hmmm not sure it would make sense to get the scars removed or add as much as you please but guess we're going have to see

If the scars look good, I'll take whatever makes my character look the most intimidating. They aren't that hard to explain, either a fight with something, or an accident. Although, after a major accomplishment like reaching the level cap or completing the story line, it would be nice if I could change the appearance a little. I'd like to add a scar and say it came from the final battle, or get a new tattoo as a reminder. Also, if this game goes on as long as XI has, I'd like to be able to add a little gray to his hair after every year.

I like the sound of that, as long as you couldn't get rid of your scars/tattoo once you got them.

I liked the gray hair idea. Would be awesome to see my character aging on some sort. Only problem is if i would die or re-birth . . . Ummm

With what has been happening, would anyone like to change their characters? I mean, Gargor can be a giant orange, or even better, a giant green Gladiator. We can call him "Green Giant" and he will sell us vegetable.
