Alpha started, and all this leakage!

So, alpha started yesterday and I've been doing a bit of searching on the internet. There are alpha leaks everywhere out there, cut scenes, screenshots, music, gameplay and info about gameplay (not talking about the main FFXIV info sites either, I know they have a bit of the leaked stuff, but there is tons more). It's almost too much for me to take in! I bet SE is pissed as well, I know they have been working hard at bringing down the videos that have been put up so far, but they gotta know that it was to be expected as well.

All I can say about what I have seen so far is amazing, BUT there are a bunch of start of the game spoilers, so be warned that if you do search for this info that you may already know the very beginning of the game before you even play. My curiosity had already gotten to me, and it's still only alpha so things may change but still, if you want to step into Eorzea without knowing what is to come I would suggest not searching for these alpha leaks.

As far as alpha leaks don't go into detail if anyone sees them. I'd like to uphold the NDA on here if at all possible. Impressions like Eltharian did are fine, just please no screens or videos; I wasn't happy to see all I saw on blue gartr, and I'm sure SE won't be pleased w/ them if they do either. Just a small reminder from me guys, I'd like to keep our group in SE's favor.

Yeah, I hear ya Guardian. I don't want to spoil it for anyone or get on
SE's bad side either. And actually, I kind of wish I didn't see the beginning cut scenes.

I am all against the alpha NDA violations, but i must admit I am very excited about things i have seen.
