As Ram sits in the the wooden stool near the window facing the lonely streets of the Limsa Lominsa, he smirks and lit a smoke. The moon lit to it potential and the air carries the heavy aroma of the sea. He inhale and the dark cloud enters his lungs as he starts monologue-ing to his sorrow and pain ...

It has been ten years since we arrived to this continent, ten years that nearly were missed. I still can hear the screams of the mercenaries as they rushed into the sands of the beach, the screeching sound of the beasts as their flesh were easily cut open by the cold metal of our weapons, and an old letter given to me by a woman as her life disappeared with the shores of that cursed beach. This letter, I still hold it and read it before bed, even though, like a child with his or her favorite story book, know its words without fail. I can read it with my eyes closed, in fact, I have. . . for ten years, just as she read it to me before her last breath escaped her body. Ten years, and she still hunts me; every night when the silence of the city-state are disturbed by the sounds of the salty waves, she appears before me and torments me. Was I wrong to participate in what it looked like a massacre more than a conquering campaign? It was so innocent to me back then. . . however . . . Am I, Am I a sinner even when I knew not I was committing an atrocious acts? Am I, Katherine?

I assume I will see you tonight again. As soon as the words of this letter finish rewriting in my head, I will head to bed and see you there. And again, as every night, I ask you to torment me not. Hopefully, One day you will hear my pleading.
